How we work
Following your instruction, we work in partnership with you. Crucially, we listen! We advertise your vacancy confidentially. Candidates would be interviewed and assessed – both from our database and from reaching out to suitable marine professionals within the industry.
Any CVs submitted to you would be sent with the permission of the candidate and would include our interview notes to assist with your selection.
Fees
We are able to offer a very competitive service with a fee due on success.
